نأمل أن تسعدك كل قطعة. إذا وصلك المنتج متضررًا أو مختلفًا عمّا طلبت، يمكن التواصل معنا خلال ٣ أيام من الاستلام وسنعمل على حلّ الأمر. لأسباب متعلقة بالنظافة والطبيعة الخاصة للقطع، لا يمكن استبدال المنتجات المستخدمة أو القطع المصمّمة خصيصًا (مثل «بين جناحين») ما لم يكن بها عيب.We hope every piece delights you. If your item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we'll make it right. For reasons of hygiene and the personal nature of the pieces, used products or custom-made items (such as "Between Two Wings") cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

نستقبل الدفع الآمن عبر البطاقات وApple Pay وGoogle Pay من خلال بوابة زَيّنة (Ziina) الإماراتية. تُعرض جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED).We accept secure payment by card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through the UAE payment gateway Ziina. All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Each piece is born from a distinct idea and vision, and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used commercially in whole or in part without prior written permission from the brand.

اسم «شمه العلي» (Shama Al Ali) وهويّتها البصرية علامةٌ تعمل برخصةٍ تجارية رسمية في أبوظبي. أي استخدامٍ غير مصرّح به للاسم أو الهوية أو التصاميم يُعدّ تعدّيًا على حقوق العلامة وتُتّخذ بشأنه الإجراءات اللازمة.The name "Shama Al Ali" and its visual identity operate under an official commercial licence in Abu Dhabi. Any unauthorized use of the name, identity, or designs is an infringement of the brand's rights and will be addressed accordingly.
