Shama has always been drawn to the details that can easily go unnoticed. Morning light entering a room. Flowers placed on a table. The colour of something ordinary suddenly looking beautiful. A familiar scent that brings back a feeling before it brings back a memory.

That is where Lemon Grove begins. Unlike the softer gardens in the collection, this one is filled with a brighter kind of energy. Large golden lemons grow among deep green leaves, some still whole and some cut open to reveal their sunlit centres. Between them bloom delicate pink flowers, a softness appearing exactly where you might not expect it.

Shama loved that contrast. Because life is rarely only one feeling. A day can be busy and beautiful. Ordinary and memorable. Bright in one moment and tender in the next.

And sometimes joy does not arrive as an extraordinary event. Sometimes, it is already there. In a colour that lifts your mood. In fresh flowers. In sunlight. In something made beautifully for no particular reason. In laughter coming from another room.

The whole lemons in the design hold something within them, while the sliced ones reveal what was there all along. Perhaps joy can be like that too. We do not always notice it immediately. Sometimes we have to look a little closer before we realise how much beauty an ordinary moment was holding.

And that is the feeling Shama wanted to preserve. Not a perfect life. A life noticed.

Lemon Grove is Shama's reminder to notice the good moments while they are still happening, before today becomes something we wish we had appreciated more.
